I think the curators of MoMA have sat down recently to reinterpret their mission statement and make it more attuned to this day in age, 'cos by jolly was the place buzzing with a bunch of cool temporary exhibitions with new and unorthodox takes on the arts! The pictures below are from the exhibition "Compass in Hand", which was positively saturated with gorgeous and un-pompous contemporary drawings.

Just to mention a couple of other examples, there was one dedicated solely to works made in paper, a quite educational one on the printed picture, not to mention exhibitions with Kippenberger, Paul Graham (whom I honestly don't really understand that fuss about...) and a brilliant one with images of the American West.

A feast! A true cornucopia!
