roughing it

Todd Selby went to visit Noma - you know, the world's best restaurant, which happens to be a two-minute walk from our house, and yet a place where I'll most likely never get a table. Anyway, the pictures and the food is gorgeous, obviously, and at the same time I can't help but find it a tad amusing that these big, tattooed and rock star looking chefs actually go out themselves to gather miniscule flowers and sprigs. I mean, could they possibly choose to cook from more delicate ingredients?

Han er jo sååå meget ikke kok!! Det er bare en fotomodel fyr de har hyret så de får lidt streetcred!! Ellers caster de da deres kokke ret grundigt! Se lige de andre?!?

Haha! Jeg tror det er totalt gennemtænkt casting: "Kan han lave mad af kviste og grene? Tjek! Ser han lækker ud, når han finkæmmer stranden for tang? Tjek!"
